There were five buildings in the audit yard:
Building A: One 3-storey building(part was 4-storey) used as office, canteen and dormitory. Total area was about 5738.69
square meters.
Building B: One 1-storey building used as cutting, sewing and embroidering workshop. Total area was about 2422.45
square meters.
Building C: One 1-storey building used as ironing, inspection and packing workshop. Total area was about 1355.29 square meters.
Building D: One 1-storey building used as auxiliary materials warehouse. Total area was about 979.08 square meters.
Building E: One 1-storey building used as finished goods warehouse. Total area was about 4121.69 square meters.
[Operating shifts and hours]
The factory established working hour management procedure. Workers attendance information was recorded by electrical attendance machine. Based on the policy and attendance records from Jun 1, 2025 to the audit day for review, the
workers worked 8 hours per day, 5 days in a week as regular working time system. All workers worked in one shift from
08:00 to 17:00 with 1 hour rest from 12:00 to 13:00, 0-2 hours overtime work on workday and 8 hours overtime on
Saturday. Workers had right to choose overtime or not, and they could freely take a rest for a few minutes during the
working time when they felt tired, they could ask for leave if they had personal affairs. The maximum continuous working
days of workers were 6 days, the maximum daily overtime hour was 2 hours, the maximum monthly overtime hours were 65.5 hours, and the maximum weekly working hours were 56.5 hours. All the processes and implementation could be
verified by interview and documents review. Auditors also cross-checked the electronic attendance records with the
production records, no inconsistencies were found during this audit.
During the audit, the number of sampling workers was 18, sampling months: Aug 2025, Jan 2026 and May 2026:

1st sampling month (Aug 2025)- standard hours (40 hours)-the maximum weekly OT (14.5 hours).
